The 2026 PurityPlus Sales Training will take place in Columbus, Ohio, and will include an exclusive site visit to Delille Oxygen Co.

Designed for IWDC and PurityPlus Member specialty gas and general sales professionals, as well as those looking to expand their knowledge of the specialty gas business segment, this program is open to all Members—regardless of whether they are currently PurityPlus producers. It supports both current and future specialty gas producers and distributors, and sales team members looking to strengthen their operational knowledge are strongly encouraged to attend.

Training sessions will focus on turning operational knowledge into stronger sales conversations, including:
  • Understanding specialty and medical gas production requirements
  • Core product and equipment knowledge across gases, cylinders, and systems
  • Quality, safety, and compliance factors that shape customer expectations
  • Real-world logistics and service considerations
  • Practical use of tools and technology to sell more effectively
Special applications, emerging markets, and the use of AI in sales will also be covered!

Through case scenarios, panels, and real-world examples, participants will gain the operational insight needed to sell with confidence and build lasting customer partnerships.

Join us as we showcase the processes and people behind our specialty gases. This exclusive tour will highlight:
  • Our Specialty Gas Laboratory and Filling Operations
  • Hydrogen and Oxygen Electrolysis Production
  • A blend of traditional expertise and modern manufacturing practices
The tour will be personally led by Josh Weinmann, President of Delille, who brings hands-on experience in specialty gas analysis as well as the design and development of our electrolysis plant.
We’re especially excited to welcome attendees of the 2026 PurityPlus Sales Training, reinforcing the connection between operations and sales, something we strongly believe delivers exceptional value to our customers.

  • Most production areas will be offline during the tour; however, the electrolysis facility operates continuously
  • Closed-toe shoes are required
